Students currently attending Salem High School in need of a transcript to be sent to a college or other institution please follow the instructions below.

Transcript Request (Georgia Institutions Only)

1. Log into GA Futures. www.GAfutures.org
2. Click tab stating College Planning.
3. Scroll down to request Transcript.
4. Submit information needed for transcript to be sent.
